NZXT has come a long way since the early days as seen in their latest Classic Series case; the H2 Silent Midtower case. The H2 is designed to minimize noise and offer a long list of premium features without breaking the budget. With a sub $100 MSRP, the H2 has its work cut out for it.

NZXT broke into the case industry with their Lexa Blackline chassis, a design that quickly became a classic. Today we’re reviewing something that’s uses that moniker in its name, the NZXT Classic H2 Silent. It comes with a fancy front panel, some great fan features and sound proofing in the side panels.
Cases
NZXT’s latest PC case is called the NZXT H2 Silent Classic Mid-Tower PC Chassis which is designed to run whisper quiet. It runs so quiet that it’s too bad NZXT already used the Whisper name for another one of its case models. NZXT employs noise dampening foam to help keep the noise inside the case and not out in the user’s environment.

The H230 is one of three NZXT's cases in their Absolute Silence line. These include the H230, the H2, another mid-tower, and finally the H630, an "Ultra Tower". Each of these have slightly different specs. The H230 is the entry level case in the Silent Line, two models are avaialable, a black and a white model. The review sample received has the part number CA-H230I-B1, which is the black version; the white version has part number CA-H230I-W1. Read on to see what we think of it!

The NZXT H230 Case is a mid tower case that comes in black and white, includes 2 120mm fans, there are two USB3 ports, has noise dampening material on both side panels, tool-less drive design and much more. If you're in the market for a quiet build, it's an excellent case for the money.

NZXT are one of the all time greatest chassis manufacturers and right now they have one of the most impressive product lines on the market that offers some seriously high end feature sets to the enthusiast market. Yet while all the attention may go towards their high end, high price solutions such as the Phantom 820 or the more recent H630, NZXT have not forgotten about the more budget friendly end of the market.
We recently reviewed the H630, a high performance product with some of the best build quality and sound proofing I’ve ever seen in a chassis design, easily one of the top 10 best chassis available to this date in my opinion. The chassis we are looking at today is effectively the little brother of that chassis and the H230 aims to offer a less expensive solution for those who want a stylish and silent mid tower chassis design, but still want the sleek styling that NZXT are renowned for in their higher end models.
Obviously I’m not expecting this to be as great as the H630, but it will be interesting to see just how much the H230 has to offer for £59.00 vs the H630 which costs £129.99.
Cases
NZXT delivers the H230, a new mid-tower with sound absorbing material to silently cool those mid-tower builds, and at a good price as well.
