Usually when a person says they bought a budget mid-tower steel computer case for their gaming PC for around $50 you know that they most likely bought something ugly with bad build quality. Today, NZXT destroys that myth with the $49.99 NZXT Beta gaming chassis. You'll be amazed at what you get for this price point, so read on.

Remember when Batman Begins came out? He was having to run across the city and was getting his ass kicked by every building he scrambled down. And then... that tank thing came along. The best piece of butt-kickery to grace a superhero with no powers. How awesome would it be to run around the city in something that looks like that? Well, there's not a flaming chance of you getting to sit behind the wheel of that tank, but at least you can have a case that looks just as hardcore.
NZXT, those moguls of awesomeness, have delivered unto us the Beta Steel Mid Tower. No wussified mini-ATX case here, this thing is a titan. The best thing to me is that even though it's a budget gamer case, priced at under $50, it still offers so much more than many of the cases that cost twice as much. Here's a little information to get us started in showing what this thing is really made of. You know, steel. It says so right in the name.

NZXT’s Bunker is one of those devices that is a simple and great idea and makes you wonder why you haven’t seen it before. It makes it quick and simple to secure your USB peripherals without having to open up your case for access. The included 20 Key lock system prevents someone else with a Bunker from unlocking yours.

NZXT has kept me very busy recently with their submissions and I thank them for keeping me busy. So far we've looked at the NZXT Mesh 30W fan controller and the incredible looking, and performing, HAVIK 140 CPU cooler. On top of those products, they also delivered a new chassis to our labs for testing. The Classis Series of cases already has some big players. There is the Alpha, Beta EVO, Lexa Blackline and M59 just to name a few, so this chassis is going to need something to set itself apart from the other nine cases already in this series.

Today for review I figured I’d post another NZXT case review, this time it’s the Gamma. I really like the aesthetics of this case, it looks very nice and has an interesting profile look to it. Inside you’ll find quite a bit of room to install a system, and spaces for six fans, with one pre-installed for you already. The build quality is what we’ve come to expect from NZXT, it’s very good overall, the case is sturdy and designed well. So read on to learn more about the Gamma from NZXT

Placed in the Classic Series, the NZXT Gamma is akin to the Beta and Beta EVO chassis’. Characterised by a simple, yet effective, layout, all three of these cases are designed for the more mainstream market due to their affordability at around the £30 bracket.
