On the outside our latest submission has a large and chunky presence. It starts with the large feet and is taken up the front and onto the top giving you a chassis reminiscent of something along the lines of the CM HAF cases, yet different enough to set this AZZA chassis apart if they were next to each other. On the inside things are taken to a whole new level in any gaming chassis I have seen. I have done a few server chassis reviews and even there I have not seen the amount of back planes for hard drive bays. I mean seriously, between the 2.5" and 3.5" bays, there are ten hot swap bays to play with here! On top of that, the only other thing inside the chassis I needed a tool for was the risers and motherboard screws. The rest is completely tool-less or uses thumbscrews.
This chassis I have been describing is the Fusion 3000 from AZZA. While I have hit on some interesting points already, those were just enough to peek your interest and are really just the tip of the iceberg as far as what this chassis offers both inside and out.

The Lian Li PC-A79 Full Tower Case is all aluminum, comes has lots of drive bays, fans, dust filters, USB3 ports, plenty of space to work, full size removable motherboard tray, cable management holes & is water cooling ready. The styling is simple, but elegant and the build quality is exceptional. The only down side to this case is the price, but that's to be expected from a polished, feature rich case like this.

The Intel 320 could just as easily have been called the X25-M G3, as that is exactly the product we have here today. Using an updated version of the controller used in the previous two X25 series drives, the 320 is Intels mainstream oriented solid state product, whilst the firms Marvell based 510 series covers the high end. We test to see how it compares to its more expensive stable mate, as well as SandForce drives from OCZ, Corsair and G.Skill.

Today we have the Raidmax Viper on our test bench for testing. Raidmax is well known across the industry as always having some wild looking cases, because they like to push the envelope in the aesthetic department. The Viper is one of the more tame designs they have produced, which could be a good thing for some people. It sports a USB 3.0 connection that has an internal connection for motherboards and comes in three different color schemes. We have the Black/Orange themed Viper today. The other color schemes are White/Red and Red/Black. Now we shall see how well this Viper does in our testing. Read on …
