When you hear the name Zalman you immediately think of their CPU coolers. They have been creating great CPU coolers for quite sometime now. They make quite a lot of other products, but are not as well known for them. Their cases have been hit or miss over the years, some have been awesome and others are easily forgot. Today we are taking a look at one of their latest cases the MS800. This mid tower case has a pretty unique design, has room for long video cards, 2.5-inch hard drives, water cooling as well as having USB 3.0 support and an included fan controller. Will this be a case that brings Zalman back into the spotlight when it comes to cases or will we easily forget about it? Read on as we find out.

We've reviewed many Home Theater cases over the years at OCModShop. Some of them have multimedia features that are seamlessly integrated with the case, while many others are nothing more than standard desktop cases with a fancy front panel. There are several cases I have owned that were awesome, but converting them into Home Theater cases would have been way more trouble than it would be worth. If only there was a way to implement an awesome display and media controls into any case ...

Today Cooler Master return to the Cosmos family with the launch of the Cosmos 2. This ultra tower chassis features aspects which remind us of the original Cosmos from 2007 but Cooler Master have brought it right up to date with more advanced features and an evolved design. We have one on our test bench so let's see what the case has to offer.

Though it's classed as a SFF case, it is quite a bit larger, but still smaller than a full sized case and able to take a micro ATX board and full sized PSU is a bonus. It also accepts multiple drives and has plenty of room for PCI expansion cards.

Lian Li is a respected name in the computer chassis market. This manufacturer has been making aluminium chassis for a number of years, when most manufacturers have been using steel and plastic. That design choice has made the Lian Li chassis quite recognisable in terms of looks, with a low weight and usually also a hefty price tag. Hardware.Info reviewed the Lian Li PC-7H, which is available for around £90 and quite cheap in Lian Li terms. This price segment has a lot of competition, so we picked out a number of chassis to compare it to.

I actually had to go back to SilverStone's own pages to find the history of the original design concept of this case. I knew it existed as I had seen it many times looking around at their site over the past three years, but I never really took a deep look at the chassis. That is until now! No offense intended to SilverStone with this, but even with the chassis being originally released in 2006, the case is quite boring and standard by today's "must have's" in cases. The basic effort then was to deliver a Micro-ATX chassis that offered four expansion slots, a removable motherboard tray, a couple of fans; but aside from that, you only got a face covering of aluminum on the bezel and an unfinished steel interior.
