SilverStone saw the success of the original FT03 last year and decided to reduce the chassis size by half with the release of the FT03 Mini.
Thermaltake has a large number of chassis lines, but it's time to welcome another: Chaser. The first model, MK-1, features a bold, gamer-esque design and borrows many cues from the Level 10 GT. In the office this week I have the latest budget friendly chassis offering from InWin and while they are earning quite a lot of fame and reputation for their, shall we say, slightly crazier chassis designs such as the D-Frame and H-Frame, its easy to forget that they make normal cases too.
InWin is well known in the industry for making some unique chassis and respectable power supplies that have earned them a loyal fan base over the years. The new G7, much like the other recent InWin release (the GT-1) is aimed at the mid market. It's not about blowing you away with insane features, huge chassis, big price tags and flashy lights. This is a part of the market where most people actually spend there money, your average system builder needs something reliable, that packs all the features they require but that also doesn't cost too much money and the big question here today is, have InWin struck the right balance between those three aspect.
Thermaltake has just released a new full-tower case within their Element series, called V. Let's see what is new on this model.

If XClio should be known for one thing with their chassis designs, it's that the fans and lighting concepts are always ahead of the curve from what other manufacturers are offering today. I remember a couple years back I got a chassis from them. I believe it was the 1000. Back then, this super tower delivered a trio of LED options, eight 180mm fans and the three on the front took things a step further. This is one of the first chassis' I saw that that not only offered a door for each fan, but they were filtered and each fan had an individual fan power switch for the ultimate in control at that time. It wasn't long after that we started to see this idea pop up in other manufacturers designs.
Today on our test bench we have Corsair's latest product the 600T case, their entry into the mid-tower marketplace. Designed with gamers and overclockers in mind the 600T takes many of the features that made Corsairs larger models a success and fits them into a smaller, more streamlined chassis. Let's find out if they have succeeded in making another class leading product.
