With the introduction of USB 3.0 onto the user market, mobile data solutions have found a new niche in the computing world. Long gone are the days where external storage is purely for storage and internal storage is used for the OS. USB3.0 has made it time-feesible to run software (or even full OSs) off of an external storage device. Given SATA IIs speeds at 4.8Gb/s, the user can basically take the whole computer storage with them on the go. With this, Ineo has sent us their 3.5" USB 3.0 external enclosure.

To introduce us to their hardware, Ineo Technology sent over one of their 2.5" hard drive enclosures. The I-NA215U Plus is a lightweight and compact enclosure that features USB 3.0 connectivity. We will be covering the bare enclosure, but it is worth mentioning that they also offer the enclosure bundled with a 750GB hard drive.

Today on our test bench we have the GTX 560 iChill from Inno3D's Freezer X Series. What does that mean? It means a triple slot cooler, custom PCB and factory overclock and we will look at how the card performs in some of the latest games, such as DiRT 3, The Witcher 2 and Portal 2. The tests don't stop there though as we will, as always, take a look at media playback, 3D Vision performance and GPU computing.

The Intel 320 could just as easily have been called the X25-M G3, as that is exactly the product we have here today. Using an updated version of the controller used in the previous two X25 series drives, the 320 is Intels mainstream oriented solid state product, whilst the firms Marvell based 510 series covers the high end. We test to see how it compares to its more expensive stable mate, as well as SandForce drives from OCZ, Corsair and G.Skill.
