As I sit here contemplating to start this based off of a revision of a previous design angle, or if I take the approach of allowing this chassis to stand on its own merits, I find that both angles are very applicable to what we are going to be having a look at. As the title mentions, essentially we are at what the evolution of what the P180 has become some years later. The external design has definitely been revisited in this new release, but there have been a multitude of changes made internally. Looking at cases that came later in the Performance One series from Antec, the P183 and P193 and their revisions, they were all based off a compartmentalized interior design. So while Antec tried to make it have aesthetic cues that hark back to the classic design that many of you reading this have used, there has been much thought and effort into maximizing what you can get into this chassis, making it easy to do, and deliver limited noise in operation."

Today we have Antec's newest addition to the Performance One series, the P280. Continuing the legacy of Performance One enclosures, the P280 integrates quiet technologies such as sound-dampening steel / polycarbonate side panels, a triple-layer front door and hard drive trays with preinstalled vibration-reducing silicone grommets. Antec says that with the P280 they have fixed some things that users didn't care for, so let's find out if they did!

A good case that stands out from the rest is not easy to find. The Tattoo Pro promises to be a case that you want to buy at the price you’d be willing to pay. In my mind, that spells value without compromising the fundamentals of a good case design. Let’s see how the Tattoo Pro holds up.

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Xclio but they’ve just introduced a few new cases and they’ve sent me over two of them for review. Today we’ll start off with the Touch 320 Mid Tower Chassis that features six fans pre-installed; those fans are controlled by a touch panel fan controller located on the front of the case, that’s where the name ‘Touch’ comes from of course. Let’s just get into it…

In 2008 NZXT released the original Tempest case, at the time it was considered one of the finest ventilated cases available in the budget sector. Recently NZXT decided to update the range with the new Tempest 410 and 410 Elite. NZXT has incorporated a clear acrylic window and a large honeycomb steel mesh into the design to offer both good looks and maximum airflow. They have also added USB 3.0 to the front panel with dual radiator support and dual touch powered front fans.

BitFenix are a relatively new company as far as case manufacturers go. They exploded onto the market back in 2010 with their revolutionary Colossuswhich helped catalyse a significant design change for many future cases. The enthusiast and gamer market saw full-tower cases become more appealing by offering the external eye-candy they had previously lacked. Innovation is universally welcomed. With this fact in mind, BitFenix have designed the unique case we will be reviewing today, the Outlaw.
