Silverstone have established a rich and wonderful legacy in the PC market, crafting some of the finest chassis on the market today. Yet while they're often regarded as one of the best (if not THE best) when it comes to making computer chassis solutions such as the Sugo, or many of their HTPC products, sometimes its easy to forget they're also masters at the very large and on occasion extreme end of the chassis market.
We saw this side of Silverstone when we were at CES earlier this year, on display were some gargantuan industrial type chassis that really dominated the room and while some of those have yet to be released it was a small taste of what big things Silverstone can do. The chassis I'm taking a look at today is another example of the extreme end of Silverstone who are more often than not better known for cool, sleek and refined designs.

With USB 3.0 proliferation continuing to spread, more and more manufacturers have been scrambling to introduce cases that support the new standard. Thermaltake has heeded the call created by this new standard by introducing several new cases with USB 3.0 support included, and today HardwareLogic has such a case, the Armor A60 mid-tower case, up for review. We really liked the older Armor A90, but will the A60 be able to live up to the standards set by its bigger brother?

SilverStone's Raven 3 case ups the ante from its older siblings. While keeping the best features from the older versions, the RV03 brings some new improvements to the table. SilverStone has literally turned the case on its ear, with the mobo I/O shifted to the top and the power supply moved to the front and installed crosswise.

Manche benötigen einfach etwas mehr Platz für ihr System. Exakt für diese Zielgruppe hat die Firma Aerocool das stattliche Strike-X ST auf den Markt gebracht.

Today we are going to look at the Fractal Design Define XL Case which is designed to keep noise to a minimum. The ‘XL’ part of the cases’ name is certainly reflective of the size of the case which is quite a lot larger than the other £100+ cases we’ve looked at recently.
