Today we will be looking at Thermaltake’s new entry level chassis, the Commander MS- I Snow Edition. While this is an budget oriented case it still offers plenty of functionality for a fraction of the cost of a top end chassis. The Snow Edition monicker will probably give you a good indication that this is going to be a predominately white chassis …. which it is.

Lately there has been a noticeable increase in the number of PC chassis on the market with relatively new brands like Corsair and Bitfenix expanding their ranges rapidly to cater for a wider range of consumers. Silverstone has been established in the PC case market much longer, though, and already has a large range of cases available.

We always get a little bit excited when a large SilverStone box arrives in our offices. Over the past few years they have released very impressive cases and it is clear that their design team are on a mission to be innovative, creating products like the Fortress FT03 and Raven RV02.

We were duly impressed by the Corsair Carbide 300R. For an average price of £63 this chassis has everything you need for an average all-round computer system. Even a relatively high-end system with two graphics cards and a serious CPU will fare well in this chassis.
We like Corsair's decision to limit the number of hard drives spaces. In our opinion, most standard computer systems will never use more than four hard drives, and by limiting the hard disk rack they improved the amount of interior space and also the airflow, which in turn benefits the cooling performance.
This is reflected by our test results. The Carbide 300R cools the best and keeps noise production to an acceptable level. Strictly speaking, the 300R performs slightly better than the Antec Three Hundred Two, particularly in terms of ease of use and features. In its price class the Corsair Carbide 300R is one of the best cases you can currently buy.

Today we’re going to look at the Lian-Li PC-TU200 Aluminium Mini Tower case, targeted at small form factor enthusiasts and for those people seeking a sleek, portable HTPC case.
Can the PC-TU200 hold it’s own in a ever-growing, competitive small form factor market? Do big things really come in small packages?

Up for review today I have another case from MSI, this time it’s the Stealth ATX Mid Tower chassis that features tool-less installation, a VGA stabilization system and a nice stealthy and stylish black look. The Stealth case also features advanced thermal airflow for excellent cooling with two pre-installed fans and space for five more additional fans for even more cooling ability if need be. So let’s just get right to it…

Today we are going to look at the ATX ICE case which is one of the most recent additions to the Cubitek range.
Cubitek are aiming this case at the top-end of the market to compete with other all aluminium offerings like those from Lian Li. We look forward to seeing how it compares.
