I’ve reviewed a lot of Cooler Master cases over the years for Benchmark Reviews, and one thing that impresses me about the company is that they never stop innovating or refining. One has only to track the evolution of the Cosmos series of cases to see this writ large (very large, in the case of the Cosmos II), but what keeps my attention is the way they’ll roll smaller, incremental improvements into an existing case line. Today’s example: the Cooler Master Elite 130 mini-ITX computer case.

Today for review I’ve got another PC case, it’s the new on from Raidmax called the Viper. These case features three 120mm cooling fans pre-installed, along with tool-less installation for your hard drive and 5.25” bays. The case also features fold out handles on the side panels for easy removal and holes already there for your water cooling setup if that’s what you’re running. The case is a bit small, but it looks good and it’s well made. I’ve put a system into it so read on to see how it worked out…

Building a small yet powerful PC has never been easier, thanks to the increasing popularity of feature-packed mini-ITX motherboards. They've never been more attractive, either, as Lian Li's PC-Q12 mini-ITX proves. So, let's dig in and see if the chassis' features are as attractive as its aesthetics.

People on a tight budget may not pay much attention when looking for a PC case but gamers, enthusiasts, overclockers and professionals alike tend to spend countless hours online checking reviews and specifications sheets before they finalize their decision. Ever since the beginning of the 90's when i first started working with personal computers i have used and tested countless towers from entry level budget models and up to ultra-high end ones that cost almost as much as a complete system. However at the end of the day although all of those were designed by a very large list of manufacturers in the market i can't really say that I’ve had the pleasure of cooperating with every single one. Raidmax is amongst the oldest PC Case manufacturers around and although not a complete stranger to me this is the first time after many years that i have one of their latest midi towers called the Viper GX on the photo bench.

The Silverstone Precision PS07 is a case targeted to microATX motherboards, also supporting the Micro-ITX and Micro-DTX formats. It is bigger than traditional small form factor (SFF) cases, such as the Sugo series models from the same manufacturer (see the Sugo SG05, Sugo SG06, and Sugo SG07 reviews). In fact, the Precision PS07 has similar size and features as the Temjin TJ08-E. Let's take a look at the new white version of the PS07.

Up on the review block today I’ve got the Thermaltake Element T Mid-Tower Chassis or PC case. This case is sold as something for gamers, or pros, and it has a simplistic yet elegant design to it. There’s plenty of room inside for any system, and room enough for the largest video cards and many hard drives. The case is very subtle in it’s look, and style, being basic black with red accents, there’s a top mounted 200mm cooling fan included and the PSU is mounted on the bottom of the case to help keep the inside of the case cool. One great feature of this case is that the motherboard tray is cut-out where the CPU cooler would be located, so you won’t have to remove the motherboard tray to change coolers like some coolers require. Read on to check it out…

Let's take a look on the latest mid-tower case from Thermaltake, Armor A90. Although in the same series as Armor+ and Armor+ MX, Armor 90 carries no resemblance with these other two models. Let's see.
