Thermaltake's ISGC-300 is a lower noise tower heatsink that offers a slight performance edge over the companies ISGC-400 model. The saw-toothed aluminum cooling fins on the ISGC-300 are widely spaced to allow air from the single 120mm fan to pass through easily. Four 6mm diameter copper heatpipes ensure good thermal conduction from the base to the 95mm tower above. A small fan speed controller allows fan speed to be adjusted from 800-1300RPM for situations which demand the least noise possible.

Gelid has a worthy product in the Tranquillo, especially for a relatively new company. The Tranquillo easily bests the performance of the OEM cooler while being noticeably quieter, even at full speed. The design doesn't provide any board-cooling options though, but is relatively easy to install.

Generally I'm a big fan of international products. My favorite band is from Finland, my favorite television personality is from Scotland, and my favorite actor is from England. It seems that things made in the USA these days don't really last as long as they used to. Of course, if Toyota keeps things up the way they have been, no one will buy import again. But when it comes to air movement, Noctua has more than set the standard for why we should buy from overseas.

For this review I will be looking at a product from one of Xtreme Computing’s long time friends, Akasa and the product I will be looking at is one of their new CPU coolers, the NeroS. Coming from Akasa and being labelled aa a “Premier Cooler” I am expecting some good results.

he cooler we have for review today, the Thermaltake Frio, has been designed to handle up to 220w of thermal design power and is fully compatible with six core processors. With five large 8mm heatpipes set into a wide copper base, and supporting all of the major socket types, both Intel 775/1156/1366 and AMD AM2/+/3, the Frio is ready for maximum performance. A tower style cooler with dual 120mm fans setup in a push/pull configuration, mounted to 48 0.5mm thick aluminum fins and a bolt-through socket mounting show that the Frio means business. At over 1,000 grams, this is certainly no light-weight contender.

Today we testing Zalman VF900-Cu LED VGA cooler, which has a 90-mm fan, copper heatsink and two heatpipes. Let's take a good look on this cooler and test it on two different video cards. Check it out!

Dual fan towers have quickly become the aftermarket cooling standard for the PC. They are relatively compact, provide excellent surface area for cooling, and are limited only by the available room in your chassis and motherboard components. Of course performance is the key thing with aftermarket coolers and overall performance is a direct result of how well a company can combine everything together.

There are many reasons for buying an aftermarket cooler; some are looking to keep their systems extremely quiet while others may be looking to increase heat capacity for overclocking. The Thermalright T-Rad2 GTX and VRM R3 can handle both of those situations and in some cases, at the same time.
