The Silverstone Argon series AR01 and AR02 coolers are designed to deliver excellent cooling performance for budget conscious system builders. Both AR01 and AR02 heatsinks use Heat-pipe Direct Contact technology for efficient thermal conductivity and have a slimmer 50mm width, which is intended to provide maximum RAM height clearance, even with a 25mm fan installed. The Argon AR01 stands 159mm tall and supports 120mm fans while the Argon AR02 is shorter at 134mm with 92mm fan support.

Noctua's low profile NH-L9i heatsink stands 36mm tall so it will fit into the smallest of small form factor chassis. The NH-L9i is designed to cool Intel socket LGA115x (1155/1156/1150) processors only, which is a departure from the one-size-fits-all approach we're used to from heatsink manufacturers. The Noctua NH-L9i heatsink weighs 420 grams and is built around a large, triangular copper base plate, two 6mm diameter copper heatpipes and aluminum fins. Every part of this heatsink has been nickel plated so all the joints are soldered to maintain low thermal joint resistance.

Thermaltake tries its hand at notebook cooling and external speakers. The Massive SP is now our second entry in this market. Let's take a look.

On the cooling test bench today we have something pretty special, the NoFan CR-80EH. The latest cooler from NoFan, a completely passive CPU cooler that obviously promises silent performance for your computer, but it’s also the newer, more budget friendly model of their previous fan-less CPU cooler, the CR-95C which we reviewed two years ago. We were really impressed by the performance of the previous model, it kept our CPU well within the safe zone for your average user and of course it didn’t without making so much as a whisper of noise.

In this review we will be looking at the bequiet! Dark Rock Pro 3. The Pro 3 is a dual tower heatsink that is designed to be a no compromise cooling solution for silent operation and thermal performance.

Much like mechanical drives and solid state drives regular CPU air coolers are nowhere near to be replaced by the rather new in comparison AIO (all in one) liquid CPU coolers. When the first "serious" AIO models made their appearance just over a year ago some of us did think that it wouldn't take long for that to happen but since to date AIO models haven't really achieved much higher cooling performance compared to high-end CPU air coolers it will obviously take longer for that to happen (if of course something new and better comes along until then). Because of that it doesn't really come as a surprise that there are many manufacturers out there that still focus in the design and manufacture of CPU air coolers one of which is Scythe and today with us we have their latest Ninja 4 model.

Gelid are a new name in the business and have already impressed us with their high performance GC-1 thermal compound which rates up there with the best already available. Today we are going to look at their first ever CPU cooler, a mid-range heatsink which could be a very important product for the company.

When choosing a heatsink for overclocking your processor, two things come to mind. How well does it cool, and how quiet is it? Zalman has been known for its silent PC hardware for quite some time now. Today we will be looking at the Zalman CNPS 9300AT. CNPS stands for Computer Noise Prevention System. This heatsink is the smaller version of the extremely popular CNPS9700 and CNPS9500 models.
