Today we are going to look at the Cooler Master TPC 800 CPU heatsink which is the latest addition to the Cooler Master range. While it may appear to be just like any other tower heatsink on the market, a closer look reveals that there is something quite different about the TPC 800. In addition to the heatpipes transferring heat from the CPU block, Cooler Master have included two vertical vapour chambers to improve heat dissipation.

Take for example the Arctic Cooling Alpine 11 Pro heatsink Frostytech is testing today. It's a dead simple extruded aluminum cooler, good for mainstream Intel socket 775 and 1156 processors with a TDP up to about 90W. The patented Arctic Cooling 95mm suspended fan spins at 500-2000RPM, but from the test results we've seen it's best to keep the PWM fan spinning at full tilt.

We tested the SilverStone NT06-PRO CPU cooler. It has a horizontal heatsink, six heatpipes, a 120 mm fan, and is 3.2"(82 mm) tall, which makes it a viable option for small form factor (SFF) cases.

That's right! You just read the title correctly - NZXT is jumping into the air cooling market! I'm sure this cooler is currently sitting on a table on display at Computex as I type this and people are swarming the table to get a look at what they brought to enter the CPU air cooling segment. Already covering everything you can desire from cases and power supplies all the way down to lighting and sleeved cabling, NZXT offers everything you can want for housing, powering and dressing up your case to fit your personality. Realistically, this is the only other piece that has been missing up 'till now for a complete NZXT themed build.

Today we are going to be unboxing one of largest Zalman CPU coolers we have seen and definitely the biggest CPU cooler of 2012! The CNPS12X is not only large it packs three 120mm fans, a direct-touch heatpipe design with 6 copper heatpipes and 2 large aluminum heatsink stacks. This CPU cooler is compatible with all current CPU’s including Intel’s new 2011 socket. All 3 fans run at a maximum of 1200RPM, so even though you have the 3 fans they will be pretty quiet. Read on to check out our unboxing and overview video.

The Cooler Master TPC-812 is the latest in Cooler Master’s heatpipe vertical vapor chamber designs. Not to confuse it all. These vapor chambers are not inside the heatpipes as you might have seen or heard before. The vapor chambers are separate from the heatpipes and work in addition to the heatpipes. The 6 heatpipes by themselves should make for some good cooling performance but combined with the vapor chambers this could be a fierce competitor. Cooler Master also improved the fan clip-on design. The screw holes are no longer covered by the foam padding. We will explore more of this in detail later in this review.

Today we take a look at our second cooler from Be Quiet! and while I was left impressed by a few features and performance found in the Dark Rock Pro 2, the massive size of the cooler left a bit to be desired in the board real estate department. This time around we are looking at a few less heat pipes, one less fan and a drastically different design in the Shadow Rock TopFlow. Will this different design match its sibling in performance and hopefully offer us a bit more space to stuff our components? We shall see.

This time we tested Zalman CNPS 10X Extreme CPU cooler, which uses a tower design, five heatpipes and an amazing fan control system. Let's see if it beats the coolers we already reviewed.
