This time we tested Evercool HPH-9525EA, a CPU cooler with a horizontal heatsink, blue LED 95-mm fan and three heatpipes. Check it out!

Today's review of the Fenrir cooler will test to see whether this is a good, great, or excellent cooler both aesthetically and through benchmarking on a Intel I7 965 Extreme Edition processor pushed to full load. The Fenrir cooler is a little more flashy than most of the competition, but at around US$50, is this more form than function, or will it pull through to be a cooler we at Tweaknews will recommend.

For those of you who need a performance Intel heatsink that is 150mm tall or less, Frostytech has just released this quick reference chart. As you'll notice, EVERY heatsink listed here is 150mm tall, or under 150mm tall. All heatsinks 151mm tall or higher are NOT included. Therefore it is not as complete as the 252 Heatsink comparison, but since there are so many readers asking for a good CPU cooler to fit into their slim PC case, Frostytech rang up Santa's best elves and came up with this list.

Up on the review block today I’ve got the Noctua NH-U9B SE2 CPU Cooler. The SE2 at the end just means it’s now compatible with new socket styles like the 1156 I’ve got. I’ve installed the NH-U9B on my Corei5 750 and ran some tests, both stock speeds and overclocked speeds, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the results I got. Don’t let the small size of this cooler fool you, it’s big on performance…

Last week I took a look at a decent notebook cooler from Thermaltake, this week I’ve got another one, but this one is very much different. The product I have for review today is the Thermaltake T3000 Notebook Cooler and what makes it special is that there are no fans so it is a truly silent cooling solution. The T3000 is made from aluminum and has heatpipes built-into it to help keep the notebook that’s on it cool. I’ve tested it out with three different sized netbooks and notebooks to see how it performs. So read on to learn more..

It’s been a long time since I’ve reviewed any CPU Coolers here, so let’s just jump right back into it with one for the Corei5 Socket1156. Today I have the Noctua NH-U12P SE2 CPU Cooler for review. It’s essentially the same as the original NH-U12P but now is compatible with more socket types, including the 1156 Corei5 CPU. Noctua is well know for their products, the design, build quality and performance are all excellent. They’ve won many, many awards for their products, so it was natural that they come out with newer versions of their products for the newer CPUs and socket styles. I’ve installed it on my Corei5 750 CPU, and tested it both at stock speeds and overclocked, so read on to learn more…

Thermaltake has always been a big name in the enthusiast computer market. Today we will be looking at a new heatsink from Thermaltake with multi directional air intake and a unique quad heatpipe design. The Thermaltake V1AX combines aluminum, copper, and a quiet fan to replace your stock heatsink. Let’s see if it can handle the heat of an overclocked i7 920.
