When it's all said and done, Arctic Cooling's new Freezer 13 Pro, with it's innovative “Cross Blow” feature, is a worthy successor to the Freezer series of coolers. As of this writing, it only seems to be available from the Arctic Cooling website for around $55 US
The focus of today's review is one of SilverStones latest coolers. From the Heligon series the HE01 supports all recent CPU sockets and has one of the chunkiest bundled fans we have seen, as well as the option to install two more on the heatsink if we wish.

Finalmente questo marchio, che è famosissimo e rinomato per quanto riguarda i cabinet di fascia alta, dopo aver introdotto nel passato alcuni modelli di dissipatori dalle dimensioni non eccessivamente generose, ha rilasciato una serie di modelli il cui obiettivo principale è competere nella fascia alta del mercato. Questo dissipatore, l’Heligon 01 presenta due torri di raffreddamento, oltre ad un design delle stesse sfalsato ed asimmetrico, che permette la massima compatibilità con lo slot di RAM frontale, e quindi ideale per tutte le piattaforme in commercio ad eccezione del socket LGA 2011. Per forza di cose, data la necessità di standardizzare i test termici, lo testeremo comunque su quest’ultima piattaforma, con un processore Intel SB-E 3930K. Standing 125mm tall, the SilenX EFZ-92HA3 heatsink is equipped with a single 92mm fan that rotates at 2200-800RPM. It has space for a second 92mm fan on the back side (rubber mounts included). At full fan speed the heatsink is pretty quiet, in part due to the fan SilenX have selected and in part because it's mounted on rubber posts which help to dampen vibrations. This diminutive cooler weighs 422grams and installs onto Intel socket 775/1155/1156/1366 and AMD socket 754/939/940/AM2/AM3/FM1 processors.

Aircooling
Zu einer guten Kühlung gehört eine gute Wärmeleitpaste. Bei einigen Anwendungen wie beispielsweise bei Wasserkühlungen kann die richtige Wärmeleitpaste den Ausschlag über die entscheidenden letzten zwei Grad geben. Aber auch bei Luftkühlung ist eine gute Wärmeleitpaste von Vorteil, gerade wenn übertaktet wird oder das System besonders leise laufen soll. Wir haben uns vier aktuelle Pasten von GELID, Noctua und Coolink angesehen und diese miteinander sowie mit dem Klassiker Arctic Silver 5 in unserem ersten „Short Report“ verglichen.
Thermalright, bekannt für leistungsstarke und perfekt verarbeitete Produkte, hat vieles im Portfolio. Neben CPU-Kühlern, Grafikkartenkühlern und sonstigen Kühllösungen bietet der Taiwanische Hersteller nun auch einen Kühler für die Spannungswandler der ATI Radeon 4890 / 4870 an, welche als sehr heiß gelten. Gerade bei Alternativ-Kühlern werden die Spannungswandler meist nur schlecht gekühlt und so will Thermalright hier mit dem Thermalright 4890/4870 VRM helfen, die kleinen Bauteile im unkritischen Temperaturbereich zu halten.
