To be to the point, the Deepcool V6000 is a very decent aftermarket VGA cooler. It does a good job of keeping the graphics card cool while adding only the bare minimum of additional noise thanks to its super quiet fans.
The Thermax Eclipse III is better balanced than the Eclipse II, its predecessor. The old version was very loud, and fortunately the Eclipse III is much better in this regard. Still, the new Thermax Eclipse is primarily interesting if you want lots of cooling for a low price. Xigmatek's SD1283 Gaia heatsink comes with a one 120mm PWM fan that operates at speeds of 1500RPM to 800RPM. The fan is mounted to the aluminum cooling fin tower with four vibration absorbing rubber posts, a second fan (not included) can be mounted to the rear of the heatsink since additional fan posts are included. The heatsink stands 159mm tall and has a footing of 120x77mm. It's a little less than exciting when great thermal performance is virtually assured by the 120mm fan/tower fin/HDT combination. Provided the heatsink is well made, some exposed heatpipe tower heatsinks are most definitely not.

Last month we looked at the Xigmatek MidGard II chassis and today we are featuring another product from Xigmatek, the Venus XP-SD1266 CPU Cooler. The Venus XP-SD1266 has a nickel coated copper base and features six 6mm heatpipes to draw heat away from the processor. This tower style cooler relies on a single 120mm fan to move the air through the aluminum fins. The fan that XIGMATEK have chosen for the Venus XP-SD1266 has a CFM rating of 90.3 CFM when operating at full speed.
Die Firma Phanteks ist vermutlich niemandem bis zur Vorstellung des PH-TC14PE ein Begriff gewesen. Dabei hat das Unternehmen, nach eigener Aussage, mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Bereitstellung von Kühllösungen. Der PH-TC14PE, so der Name des Twin-Tower-Kühlers, ist hierbei auch nicht das erste Produkt, welches auf dem Endkundenmarkt verfügbar ist, jedoch soll der Kühler in eben jenem Markt für ordentlich Wirbel sorgen. Hierbei ist nicht nur die reine Kühlleistung zu nennen, auch durch die Optik soll der PH-TC14PE auffallen. Realisiert wird dies durch vier Farbeschemen, in denen der Kühler erhältlich ist. Während einige Hersteller ihre Kühler silber oder schwarz vernickeln, geht Phanteks einen etwas anderen Weg. So werden beim PH-TC14PE die Lamellen farbig beschichtet.
