Coolink and Noctua are quite close to each other with their shared know-how and appointed marketing PR team but both of them are having different product development and markets where premium quality is Noctua priority concern while Coolink comes with much attractive price point. Today we will have a chance to take a closer look on Coolink tower CPU cooler; Corator DS.

I have seen just about every variation on materials, angles, bling and fans in what is readily available on the market in notebook cooling products. From the days of a beanbag strapped to a piece of wood, set on your lap, just to keep the heat away, cooling tech has come a long way. The frame materials are either a choice of aesthetic appeal, or you go with plastic due to budgetary reasons. Either way is no better than the other, as long as the frame is sturdy and vibration free. The lighting and hocus pocus that sells some coolers, doesn't need apply really. For the down to basics idea of "cooling" the laptop, "bling" does very little to cool anything. So essentially it all comes down to the fan or fans in the unit that are going to make the biggest difference in any notebook cooler.

Cooling your CPU is one of the most important parts of any computer system. Without it you would very quickly make your computer redundant as the CPU would be a bit too toasty for its own liking! Most of the time we rely on air cooling as it is the most readily available heat transfer medium available to us in a case.

ThermoLab may not be the first company that springs to mind when you think of a CPU cooler but that isn't to say that they are a new company on the market. They have had a few major releases in past years including the phenomenal ThermoLab Baram which dethroned the legendary TRUE as the king of the cooling world back in 2009.

At the end of the day, the only problems with the NH D14 are the price (around £70) and the gargantuan size which can cause fitting problems with a selection of supporting hardware. Enter the NH U12P which received an update in recent months to Special Edition SE2 status. This cooler can be picked up for around the £50 mark in the UK, so there are substantial savings to be made.

Today we are taking a look at the first offering to the CPU cooling world from the folks at NZXT. Their first cooler is the Havik 140. The Havik 140 is sporting a new fan design and a new fin design. Join us as we put the Havik on our Intel Core i7-930 test system and see how it performs against more than a dozen other CPU coolers on the same system!

Today we are testing the Antec Kühler H2O 920 CPU liquid cooling system, which is a sealed system with two 120 mm fans and USB control. Check it out!
