Wir wollen dieses Jahr natürlich nicht ausklingen lassen, ohne den lange erwarteten dritten Teil unseres SSD-Roundups veröffentlicht zu haben, zumal ja bisher noch die SSDs mit dem neuen Marvell und Samsung Controller fehlen. Um handverlesenen Samples aus dem Weg zu gehen, orderten wir die Crucial C300 und die Samsung aus der neuen 470 Serie bei einem Shop unserer Wahl. Ein Test-Luxus, das wir uns übers Jahr verteilt immer wieder mal leisten, damit ihr wißt, was beim Händler tatsächlich im Regal liegt. Das Duo wurde kurz vor Redaktionsschluß noch von einem Newcomer auf dem deutschen Markt komplettiert, eine SSD mit dem schon bei uns getesteten Sandforce Controller. Der Hersteller Mach Xtreme Technology stammt aus Taiwan und dürfte in heimischen Gefilden bisher relativ unbekannt sein, aber das muß ja nicht so bleiben.
