With the prices of hard drives slowly coming back to manageable prices, we've seen a trend of new storage "accessories" being released to the market. Today we will be looking at a hybrid between portable and RAID. The Akitio Taurus Mini Super-S LCM supports 2x 2.5" drives in either a RAID 0 (stripe) or RAID 1 (mirror). Damit befinden wir uns in der selten und überaus glücklichen Situation, ein Gerät zu bewerten, mit dem wir schon Langzeiterfahrungen sammeln konnten. Was die Leistung betrifft, steht Crucial allerdings nicht mehr uneingeschränkt an der Spitze, wie es zu Zeiten der C300-Serie noch gewesen war.
