Up for review today I’ve got another USB 3.0 enclosure, this time from Vantec. It’s called the NexStar 3 SuperSpeed External Hard Drive Enclosure and it’s certainly a very nice looking product. Looks aren’t everything though are they, so that’s why this review, to see how it performs. I’ve put it up against a few other enclosures I’ve got on hand, so continue on to see how it does.
The Force Series GT 120GB SSD is Corsairs premium SATA 3 SSD Series offering and our review today falls directly on the heels of its younger brother, the Force Series 3 SSD a few days back. Hard drive docks have become as common as external enclosures and it seems everyone is making them. The docks out there all seem the same basic design, but the one I have today is very much different. For review today I have the Hornettek Slipper U3 HDD docking station. The name is interesting but fitting as you just literally slip your hard drive into the dock. The Slipper can use either 2.5” or 3.5” drives and is USB 3.0 capable for maximum transfer speeds. "
Nach der C300 wollen wir euch eine weitere SSD Festplatte aus dem Hause Crucial vorstellen, die m4 SSD mit 64GB. Diese Serie ist für SATA 6 GB konzipiert und für schnelle Leserate ausgelegt. Bei der kleineren Version mit 64GB und 128 GB wurde auf eine hohe Schrei-Rate verzichtet. Dafür ist die Lese-Rate mit 415 MB/s enorm hoch. Wir haben uns diese SSD genauer angesehen und auch einen Versuch mit 2 Platten unter Raid 0 gewagt.
