Ah I am back to reviewing video cards, it has actually been a little while since I’ve taken a look at a current generation card, but over the past couple of weeks I have caught back up and today I am taking a look at an awesome card from ASUS. Many of ASUS’s non-reference cards feature their DirectCU II cooling system and so does this card, but this card also features a 12-phase VRM that has super alloy caps and chokes, ASUS’s VGA hotwire that allows you to easily check voltages on the card and this single card can drive up to six screens! The card we are taking a look at today is the 28nm ASUS HD 7970 DirectCU II 3GB! Read on as we take a look at this impressive card!

Gigabyte GTX670 OC Video Card Review The Gigabyte GV-N670OC-GD2 has many things going for it starting with the new GTX 670 GPU. This may be a cut down version of the GTX 680 but it has plenty of power for most games and some to spare in others. Most of that power comes from the impressive decent factory overclock which was due, in part, to the custom designed PCB and Windforce thermal solution.

A PC that doesn't make a sound, it remains the ultimate goal for many a hardware enthusiast. We recently review the passively cooled HTPC chassis Streacom FC-5. The Dutch company Quibus Enzo proved with its Knoll Creek Silent system that it's possible to passively cool a fairly powerful system with a Core i5 processor and Radeon HD 6770 graphics card quite effectively, as long as you use the right components. If you want to create your own completely silent desktop along the same lines, you'll need a passively cooled graphics card. There isn't a whole lot of choice in that category, but Hardware.Info tested and reviewed four of them.
