Today we have something special up for review, the latest VTX3D HD7870 Black which is based on a ‘new revision’ of the popular HD7870 graphics card. Selected partners will be releasing new versions of the HD7870 (Tahiti ‘LE’) with more horsepower under the hood. This isn’t just a simple clock boost however …..

Benchmark Reviews recently tested MSI's N680GTX Lightning video card. While it's the fastest single-GPU card we've ever benchmarked, we weren't able to fully explore its overclocking ability since the utility required to adjust the card's voltages, MSI's own Afterburner 2.2.3, wasn't available. But now it is, so join us as we explore the outer levels of benchmarking performance.

Today we shall review a mid-end GeForce GTX 560 Ti graphics card from Gainward that differs from the rest by much higher default clock rates and more compact size.

As enthusiasts, we're always interested in the latest monster video cards: the expensive, high-end products that blast through benchmarks and play all your games with buttery-smooth frame rates at the highest resolutions with all the settings maxed out- and sucking a not inconsiderable amount of electricity while doing so! But these products represent only a tiny fraction of the number of video cards sold; the low-to-mid-end cards comprise the bulk of the market. Besides, a GTX285 or Radeon 5870 isn't the ideal solution for every situation: considerations from a limited budget to building a small, quiet system come into play. NVIDIA has been filling out the low-middle end of their video card product line lately, and in this article Benchmark Reviews tests the ASUS ENGT240/DI/512MD5/A video card equipped with with NVIDIA's new GeForce GT240 GPU and 512M of GDDR5 memory.

Although we have already reviewed GeForce GTX 590, we haven't yet had a chance to test it in SLI mode. Well, that's what we'll do today. We shall also take a look at factory overclocked GTX 550 Ti and GTX 560 from the same company.

3DMark 11 fired up and froze straight away. All of a sudden I found myself with something that was going to become real boring, real quickly. Of course it then clicked that just because we don't have a CrossFire connector it doesn't mean CrossFire can't be used.
Looking at the AMD website for the HD 7750 you'll find that CrossFire is of course supported on the model and I figured why not pair it up with our HIS HD 7750 we looked at and see what kind of performance we can get. It would be interesting to see what would go down with CrossFire scaling on this lower end model which carried with it no CrossFire bridge.

While busy swimming through a sea of rumours, Miodrag Relic, EVGA’s head of European marketing, was able to find time to show off his companies latest foray into the challenge of keeping Fermi cool enough to rock the DX11 world. Not an easy trick, so how do they plan to manage it?
