The HD 6670 is a bit of a funny model for us. Normally it's the kind of model we'd look at once when it launches and then not pay too much attention to it since our launch coverage would cover pretty much all you need to know about it.

Auch diesmal liegt keinesfalls eine einfache Referenz-Karte vor, sondern eine optimierte AMP!-Variante aus dem Hause Zotac. Aufgrund der per Übertaktung gesteigerten Rohleistung und diversen Detailänderungen zum Nvidia-Derivat, könnte sich die Einsteigerkarte für den täglichen Spieleeinsatz ohne große Kompromisse eignen.

Il fut un temps pas si lointain où posséder une carte silencieuse et au refroidissement efficace relevait du bidouillage amateur. En effet il fallait alors installer un ventirad acheté à part et le monter sur sa carte après l'avoir préalablement débarassée de son horripilant système de refroidissement de référence. L'avantage était immédiat en termes de silence et de performance en cooling, plus une capacité à tenir l'overclocking généralement meilleure. L'inconvénient était la perte de la garantie, et la sélection naturelle si vous aviez deux mains gauche ! Aujourd'hui les constructeurs ont d'emblée carte blanche et chacune des marques s'est équipée avec son ventirad maison, souvent décliné selon les gammes de GPU. Comment se comportent-ils ? Seitdem die NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570 im Dezember 2010 offiziell vorgestellt wurde, sind schon wieder etliche Wochen ins Land gezogen. Dennoch erreichen uns immer wieder neue Modelle des kleineren GF110-Ablegers. Während meist noch das alte Layout, welches im Großen und Ganzen dem der NVIDIA GeForce GTX 580 entspricht, zum Einsatz kommt, trudeln nun endlich auch Versionen ein, die ein eigenes Platinenlayout besitzen. Die EVGA GeForce GTX 570 HD SuperClocked ist eine solche Karte, die oben drauf auch mit einem DisplayPort-Anschluss aufwarten kann, welchen die kalifornische Grafikschmiede bislang außen vor ließ. Wir haben der neuen EVGA-Grafikkarte, die zudem noch mit höheren Taktraten ausgestattet ist, auf diesen Seiten kräftig auf den Zahn gefühlt.

Looking at the title, we've called this a review, but in reality, it's not really as we won't be looking at the hardware used in their own entity but instead will be purely focussing on the performance that three 6950 Radeon's can output when put into a multi GPU configuration.
