Zotac International was the first brand to launch a Mini-ITX H55 based motherboard back in January 2010. Other brands such as ECS Elitegroup and GIGABYTE followed the trend by launching their own Mini-ITX products, and they seem to be selling well. Here at Benchmark Reviews, we've already admitted our secret affair with HTPCs, and this time, we're testing the latest H55 ITX product available: the Zotac H55-ITX-C-E. This mini-board comes with USB 3.0 support and 6 S-ATA ports against 4 ports included in the competition. Zotac's the only brand to include not one, but two WiFi Antennas and a better PCB layout. Benchmark Reviews tests the Zotac H55ITX-C-E Mini ITX Motherboard to check performance, functionality and overclocking capabilities within this newer version.

In the coming months Intel will be refreshing their CPU and chipset ranges, introducing new models with enhanced specifications. Currently the performance of those products is under NDA however motherboard manufacturers have been given permission to preview their new products, based around the upcoming chipsets. Today we have a quick preview of one such board, the Asus P8P67 Deluxe.

On our test bench today we have one of the latest products from ASUS, the P7H55-M/USB3. Based on Intel's Socket 1156 and the H55 chipset this Micro-ATX board includes the latest features such as SATA 6GB/s and USB 3.0. We will be putting it through a selection of real world tests to find out how well it performs against a comparable H57 model when using the Core i5-655K.

Over the years Sapphire have earned a reputation as one of AMD’s strongest partners, bringing to market high quality, performance graphics cards. Their VaporX and Toxic Editions have garnered a passionate enthusiast audience who wait patiently for their release. In the past Sapphire have successfully delved outside the graphics card arena, releasing a full range of ‘Pure’ branded power supplies.

We recently looked at one of Asus’ high end M4A90GTD Pro/USB3 motherboards that impressed us with its extensive feature set and strong performance. The only drawback of this board was the high price which put it out into the ‘deeper wallet’ category. So we were excited when Asus offered us a lower-end board that is a little more wallet friendly while retaining a good feature-set.

I'm going to be honest here when I say that I wasn't on the Fusion bandwagon from the start. I liked the idea behind it, but I wasn't sure if we would actually ever see it eventuate, or at least eventuate to a product that we would want to own. Fusion is here, though, and it's time to decide if this is something that's going to line AMDs pockets with money, or will be a good idea that hasn't been executed well. Our first look at Fusion is going to come in the form of a retail board which will be hitting shelves soon.

ASRock P67 Pro3 is a rather inexpensive LGA 1155 motherboard that mostly offers basic features of this platform, but has decent expandability. It won't do for a SLI/CrossFire configuration and may require additional expansion cards, if onboard connectors are not enough. If they are, you get a decent motherboard with matching software utilities that will let you build a good modern PC.
