In this preview we will be looking at one of the latest motherboards in the Quantum Force lineup the Quantumian-1 X79. The Quantumian-1n is an enthusiast level motherboard designed for high-end gaming and overclocking using the full set of features common to Quantum Force motherboards.
Foxconn has moved aggressively forward in the retail market, previously only OEM supplier they are now pushing hard to get their brand recognized by end users. Their latest motherboard is based on Intel high end X58 chipset. Their naming schemes are not a mumbo jumbo of numbers and letters, but actually really eye-catching, like their P35 MARS, X48 Blackops, and now the X58 Blood Rage.

The last Mini PC we took a look at from Giada was their D2305, which was a real powerhouse. It could handle some of the latest video games and do some very CPU intensive tasks. Today we are checking out another Mini PC from Giada, but it is a lot different than the D2305. This mini PC is made to be used for basic web browsing, maybe some light gaming and just an all-around machine. The mini PC I am talking about is the Giada i35G and it features an Intel Atom D2500 processor, NVIDIA GT610 graphics, 2GB of DDR3 memory, a 320GB hard drive and Bluetooth and WiFi. Gigabyte announced their new 333 lineup end of November 2009. At the 333 Event Show, however there was no word on the AMD CPU supporting motherboards. Focus was mainly on P55 and X58 series. Getting a speedy introduction to the wonders and miracles of AMD overclocking via HWBOT Country Cup I was eager to review one of Gigabyte's latest high end offering, the 790FXTA-UD5. The A in the name reflects it is a souped up 333 version of the previous model 790FXT-UD5.
The support for the new interfaces will be attractive for those who upgrade rarely. The Socket AM3 platform is a good choice for rare upgrades, by the way, because there will be at least one more processor family for it that will include hexacore solutions.
