A couple years ago Dell released the Inspiron Duo. It featured an innovative, rotating touchscreen. It was a very interesting design, but the Atom processor it ran on was too slow. Fast-forward two years, and now Dell has come with the XPS Duo. Again called Duo, it applies the same concept: a screen mounted in the middle of a frame, which you can spin around. That enables you to use it either as a laptop or as a tablet. While its exterior does resemble the Inspiron Duo, the hardware is fortunately much better in every regard.
ASUS has given us everything enthusiasts ask for in a motherboard and then multiplied that by pixie dust and a kitchen sink factor with the Asus P5E3 Premium motherboard. I just got off a conference call with Intel and it looks like they got a mess on their hands right now. Intel had a design oversight with one of the metal layers of their 6 series chipset, so they need a re-spin of the silicon to fix the issue. This issue is on all 'Cougar Town' 6 series chipsets and Intel said that slightly less than 8 million of these chipsets have already been made. All of those chipsets have Serial-ATA (SATA) ports within the chipsets that may degrade over time, potentially impacting the performance or functionality of SATA-linked devices such as hard disk drives and DVD-drives...

It has been quite some time since we last reviewed an AMD enabled motherboard and much to our surprise not much has changed. Granted the processors have gotten more powerful and they overclock better however none of that can be realized if your motherboard cannot unlock all of that potential.
