The Scosche flipSYNC USBMM charge and sync cable is a clever, but simple little device that could prove to be very useful considering how many devices feature USB connections these days. Since this compact device is designed to be portable and carried on a key chain, the flipSYNC will always be with you when a normal cable might not be available.

In this day and age, the majority of consumers own a HD TV or other, similar HD device, even if it be a computer monitor, it's all about HD. HD has taken the world by storm and due to this, more companies than ever before have tried to create HD media players or streamers, but sadly many have failed.

Now that USB 3.0 devices are starting to become more and more prevalent, the need for open ports to plug them in grows. All the while, mobile computers are getting more and more compact, offering fewer ports. Satechi may have a solution with their colorful four port USB 3.0 hub. While it offers additional ports, will it muck up the USB 3.0 speeds in the process? Have a look to see.

If you own a laptop computer quite often you are limited to a display on a single, or dual screen via DVI or HDMI out. Sapphire have released their new Vid 2X Display Expander, which allows two monitors to be connected to almost any computer, including a netbook, laptop or desktop. With the Vid 2X you don’t need to install drivers or software to get it working, therefore negating any potential issues with your operating system installation. Simply plug in two HD monitors and a USB cable for the power and you can enjoy multi screen viewing.

In tough economic times it's never a bad plan to diversify; it seems that applies to large companies too. Sapphire, makers of ATI graphics cards for desktop systems have often branched out into motherboards and the like, but now they're entering the display game too. However, not with a standard LCD or LED monitor, but an LED projector.

In the end the verdict depends on how you plan on using the mini PC. The HD4 is a smart solution if you need a relatively powerful compact PC, as the Celeron processor is significantly faster than the processor used in previous models. If you need decent graphical performance, we recommend that you get something with AMD hardware.

Today we have the follow-up to Sapphire's original mini-PC on our test bench, the Edge-HD2, which is an enhanced model which comes bundled with Windows 7.

The Edge-HD has the potential to provide access to and playback all your media without sacrificing any of your ability to handle web surfing or touching up a power point presentation all done over your choice of outputs.

If, like us, you have a passion for miniature computing, then today’s review is going to get you moist. AMD’s biggest partner Sapphire have decided to branch out into the ‘system building’ enthusiast sector and have created the new EDGE-HD Mini PC with the shock revelation that the internal hardware is based around Intel and Nvidia components.

The second I pulled the EDGE-HD out of the package I fell in love with it. The small stature which comes in at 19.3cm tall, 14.8cm in length and a skinny 2.2cm in width makes for an extremely tiny PC that comes in at only 530 grams. Based around the Intel Atom D510 CPU which comes in at 1.66GHz, you find yourself feeling a little dirty looking at a Sapphire product that houses a 512MB NVIDIA ION 2 setup inside.
