More and more 3D software is being developed and so the production of 3D peripherals seems only inevitable. However, who actually needs a 3D mouse: the casual PC user? The hardcore gamer? The office PC user? In truth none of these fit the bill and it’s only really the more creative of careers that can fully tap into these features – architects, artists and so on. You can find them in nearly every variation you want: black, white, pink, robust, ultra-light, slick, mat, ... but deciding which one suits you best, performance and style wise often is not an easy job certainly if you are trying to integrate these into your living room environment. HDD Enclosures, that is what I am talking about and today we have a look at an 3,5inch IDE/SATA enclosure offering by Vizo.
If 2009 was the dawn of the latest 3D revolution, 2010 is certainly shaping up to be the same for the home theater. The 2010 Consumer Electronic Show held in Las Vegas in January, was the opportunity for consumer electronics companies including Sony, Panasonic, LG, Toshiba and Samsung (amongst others) to convince retailers, press and consumers to believe in their glasses-wearing 3D future.

Vor wenigen Wochen hat der taiwanesische Hersteller Enermax von hierzulande bekannten Netzteilen einen Notebookständer inkl. eines im Durchmesser 25 Zentimeter großen Ventilators vorgestellt, den Aeolus CP001G. Der Notebookständer ist komplett aus Aluminium gefertigt und verfügt bei der Auflagefläche überwiegend über ein Lochblechmuster im Mesh-Design. Geeignet ist er für sämtliche, gängigen Notebookgrößen von 13,3 Zoll bis 17 Zoll (Widescreen). Für Modding-Freude ist eine optional einschaltbare blaue Beleuchtung vorhanden. Silent-Freunde können den Lüfter via Schalter in den Stufen high, low oder off betreiben.
Viele User besitzen noch ein Mainboard, auf dem es leider noch keinen USB 3.0 Controller gibt. Für diese User gibt es nur zwei Möglichkeiten, entweder sie kaufen sich ein neues Mainboard, oder sie legen sich einen USB 3.0 Controller, in Form einer Steckkarte zu. A very special new piece of hardware technology has recently been released at a conference in Montreal on October 22, 2013. The new technology is called G-SYNC, by NVIDIA. G-SYNC seems to be the answer for a major complaint from PC gaming community regarding image quality in fast-moving video games. Tears, stutters, and lag are told to be totally eliminated with this new technology. NVIDIA’s CEO Jen-Hsun Huang put on a compelling performance at the conference in Montreal this past Friday. He announced some exciting new technologies, GameStream, GeForce GTX 780 Ti, ShadowPlay, and of course, G-SYNC. In this article I will give you my explanation, thoughts and opinions on this new tech called G-SYNC.
Every year the worlds' PC makers and PC media flock to Computex in Taipei Taiwan to see the bleeding edge of technology unleashed. Intel, AMD, nVidia and ATI usually time their new product releases to coincide with the massive tech trade show, so it's always an exciting adventure. This year Gigabyte, a Tier One motherboard manufacturer, showcased three important additions to the PC marketplace. The first and foremost was Intel's new socket 1156 "Lynnfield" processor platform, based on the soon-to-be-released Intel P55 Express chipset. The Intel P55 Express is notable for a couple reasons, not the least of which is its support of both ATI Crossfire and nVidia SLI! Finally, a mainstream motherboard which accomodates both multi-videocard options!

The Rosewill RPLC-500KIT is a set of powerline adapters that offer the potential to transport up to 500 Mbps of data through a home’s existing power infrastructure. The RPLC-500KIT offers an additional way to move network traffic through a home, with support for 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet ports. The technology works by transmitting the data at a different frequency than the power is generating on the line. One adapter will plug into your wall and will be connected with an Ethernet cable to your internet gateway, whether that is a router or modem. The other adapter is plugged into an outlet wherever you desire network access in the home. The Rosewill RPLC-500 adapters support 128-bit encryption and have LEDs to indicate the quality of power, Ethernet status, and data status.
