There are a variety of reasons why you might be interested in building a home theater PC (HTPC); perhaps you are intrigued by the idea of consolidating all your music, movies, and pictures into a central location. Or maybe the cable company upped their rates again and your only means of striking back is to build your own digital video recorder (DVR). Today for review I’ve got a little GPS receiver from Motorola just called the T805 from our friends at MobileFun. It’s small and portable, it fits right in the palm of your hand really. The T805 can be used with basically any Bluetooth enabled phone but you can also use it with a netbook or laptop, as long as you’ve got GPS software on it. The T805 comes with a car charger and mount and a trial subscription to Motonav navigation software. In my time with the T805 I’ve found that it works very well and it’s a nice solution to add GPS to your devices.

Should make for an interesting combination. Let’s see how it performs.
