It's the first time in a long time that we have gotten excited about a touch-screen all-in-one PC. We have reviewed a number of them in recent months, but none of those managed to fully impress us. The Lenovo IdeaCentre A720 reminded us of how fun and appealing an all-in-one can be when it's done properly and comes with the right software, even when the OS is Windows 7. It's obvious that Lenovo designed this computer with Windows 8 in mind.

Unlike gaming PCs, office configurations are chosen with the help of universal benchmarks. In practice, the most adequate tests for office hardware these days are SYSMark 2007 and PCMark Vantage. We compiled the results obtained in these benchmarks with different processors, graphics cards, and memory sizes. Traditionally, there's an interactive configuration calculator for your convenience.

As mobile payment apps move forward with third party entities like PayPal or their own internal accounts, banks themselves have been slower to catch up. More consumers are using smartphones at the checkout counter instead of plastic cards. More retailers are equipping their stores with mobile payment accessibility. More phones are being sold with mobile payment capabilities. Yet, despite the rapid growth in mobile payment use, banking apps remain with third-party middlemen or credit companies, leaving banks at the back of the checkout line.

Multiple monitors, they’re a wonderful thing. I’ve gone from one, then to two and now I run four on my main computer and I love every minute of it. It allows you to just get so much more done with work, but it allows you to enjoy your entertainment as well. One small issue with running multiple monitors is the cost for multiple videos cards or a high end card with many outputs on it. Sure you can get less expensive cards, but it’s not worth it, at least I don’t think it is. Today for review I’ve got a new product from Cirago that allows you to connect three monitors to your computer using a single Displayport connection. It’s called the HydraDisplay X3 and it’s very simple to use, truly plug and play. You might think something like this would require a lot of power but it doesn’t it uses the power from a regular USB port only, so there’s no adapter needed to run it. So let’s check it out…
