Today for review I’ve got a little GPS receiver from Motorola just called the T805 from our friends at MobileFun. It’s small and portable, it fits right in the palm of your hand really. The T805 can be used with basically any Bluetooth enabled phone but you can also use it with a netbook or laptop, as long as you’ve got GPS software on it. The T805 comes with a car charger and mount and a trial subscription to Motonav navigation software. In my time with the T805 I’ve found that it works very well and it’s a nice solution to add GPS to your devices.

Today for review I've got a netbook skin, not just any though, it's from a company called MusicSkins. On their site you can choose from many pre-made skins, but I don't want what someone else has, I like to be different and have one of a kind things. So today I'm looking at the MusicSkins Customizer, with this you can create your very own skins that are a unique as you are. In the customizer you can add text and graphics to your skin making it totally unique to you. It's a great way to protect your netbook and at the same time show off your individual style...

The Vantec SuperSpeed USB 3.0 card is definitely fast. It can supply enough bandwidth for SATA hard drives to work at their full potential, and works much better than the chipsets on many motherboards. While testing USB flash sticks in our test labs, we have discovered that the quality of the chipset on the motherboard greatly affects the USB throughput. Even if you don't need the extra bandwidth right now, the NEC D720200F1 chip on the SuperSpeed card provided the best performance we have seen on all of our existing USB 2.0 devices. So if you think you're not getting the most out of your USB devices, then it's probably your motherboard's USB chipset and you may want to upgrade to the new technology.

Asus' Xonar Essence STX may be pricey, but for audiophiles or those with the money to spend on an excellent sound card, this is the one to get. It looks good and performs even better. It's made with high quality components throughout, right down to the capacitors and EMI shield and this attention to detail becomes evident right from the first listen.

The online world is a weird one, as in some respects we all revert back to stereotypes. Partly for humour, and partly because we don't know each other very well. Typically one of them is that us nerds, geeks and gamers are all fat, lazy, out of shape messes and considering how this is contrasted with the intrinsic hotness of the girl geek, it seems a little unfair.

The first question that I can hear u thinking is what’s a PCB? PCB stands for Printed Circuit Board, for example your motherboard is one big PCB (just multilayered) obviously a motherboard is way out of our league, however with some household equipment and some chemicals we can make ourselves some great casemodding PCB’s. Just think of fading LED’s, homemade fan controllers, and anything else you can come up with. In this guide I’m going to explain how to make a usable PCB. With this step by step guide you can make you own in no time, here’s a list of things that will be needed.

The NotePal U2 comes equipped with a pair of 80mm low profile fans measuring only 10mm thick. They also have a grill on the intake side to prevent injury from the fan blades. The unique advantage this unit has over many competitors is the ability to move the fans to a more advantageous position like under an inlet vent or where a hot hard drive sits. Worth considering is that many notebook manufacturers pay little to the cooling of the hard drive which can significantly shorten its lifespan. The ability to cool this area of the notebook could increase its life.
