Asus has shown us another solid product with the DRW-24B3LT. This well-rounded drive can write to a recordable DVD at up to 24x and testing showed that it's not only fast, it can also produce consistently reliable discs. The inclusion of a white faceplate is a nice touch, and the software bundle is useful for many types of CD/DVD projects.

Today I’ve got a quick review for you of a cool little product from a company called Hub Innovations. I like tablets, I’ve got two of them in fact, actually three if you count the little cheapie, non-name thing I gave my kinds. Yes it’s aluminum as well, solid aluminum actually and it’s works very well and it looks great holding your tablet on your desk.

Today I have what I believe is the first review for the product that I have, and that product is the new Arctic Sound S111 USB speakers from Arctic Cooling or Arctic as they are just known now. These speakers are meant to be an accompaniment to a laptop or netbook, or even as desktop speakers and can possibly be used with an MP3 player as well to help take your music on the go. They’re small and portable, but they are well made and honestly they sound very good.

After over a month and a half of daily use, the Samsung UN55B8000 can be summed up as a mixed bag of great and not so great characteristics. The first thing to mention and the distinguishing feature is the 1.2 inch depth profile. There is no consumer grade TV this side of perhaps an OLED display that at the time of this review is as thin as this model. The second is the color reproduction. This by a small margin has the best color reproduction I have seen to date. Couple these with the overall aesthetics and improved USB video, mp3 and photo functionality and at first you would think this is a touch down for Samsung. But hold on.
