Today for review I’ve got another notebook from HP, the ProBook 4720s. This notebook could be called business frugal, as it’s their business class of notebooks but it’s less costly than others. The design of it is very classy with it’s stylish brushed aluminum covers to it’s glossy keyboard. The 4720s is a Corei5 based notebooks with a 500gb hard drive, ATI video and 4gigs of ram running Windows 7. It also features three USB ports, HDMI, eSATA along with a 17.3” LED backlit LCD.

Netbooks are growing up right before our eyes. When they first surfaced, the screens were in the 7-inch range. They then grew to a norm of 10-inches and today the 12.1-inch netbook is fast becoming one of the most popular sizes on the market. These machines have more screen space and perhaps more importantly a larger keyboard than the 10-inch netbooks we typically see.

mit dem Streak hat Dell eine Mischung aus Smartphone und Tablet im Angebot. Das Gerät verwendet Googles Android als Betriebssystem und kann mit schickem Design und guter Ausstattung glänzen. PC Games Hardware wagt den Test.

Today for review I’ve got another phone from Samsung called the Flight II. This phone features a full touch screen with slide out qwerty keyboard. The interface is quick and snappy, it uses sliding panels and widgets to organize things and help you be more productive. The keyboard is one of the best features on the Flight II, the keys are large and spaced far enough apart to make typing easy. One of the problems though is the camera, it just takes horrible fuzzy and washed out pictures.

The Apple iPhone is one of the worlds most popular portable devices, but the release of the iPad has opened up a new world of ‘big screen’ interaction which is appealing to many people. The problem is, that for many the 9.7 inch screen is just too big to carry about in a coat pocket. With recent rumours of a 7 inch iPad it appears that the market might be in a receptive state of mind to purchase a smaller tablet device.

A Home Theater PC is the Swiss army knife of home entertainment systems. Capable of playing every format under the sun, from iTunes downloads to Blu-ray disc, the HTPC is unrivaled by media boxes and disc players. In addition to better compatibility, the increased horsepower afforded by PC components often results in better quality as well.

Today I’ve got another Samsung phone review for you, this time it’s the Eternity II that was just released for AT&T. It’s a multi-media and social centric phone with a 3” touch screen. The Eternity II features a full HTML browser, access to FloTV mobile TV, YouTube, music, movies and games and quick access to your favorite social networks so you can keep in touch with a tap on the screen. It has a 2mp camera, but sadly it’s missing a flash and there’s no wi-fi either. On the outside the Eternity II seems much more than a basic phone but it still is at heart really, the interface is easy to use and it’s customizable with widgets panels similar to Android.

Let me start this off by saying that I think it’s about time AT&T has finally gotten a decent Android phone! The Samsung Galaxy S or Captivate is here to save us from the mediocrity that is what AT&T is offering now for Android phones. So yeah, I’ve got the Samsung Galaxy S or Captivate for review today and I love it, I truly do. Sure I miss the hardware keyboard, but with this phone I think I could learn to live without it. I also miss having a flash to take picture, but without it the pictures are fairly decent, even those taken indoors. The Captivate though is what an Android phone should be, it’s fast with its 1Ghz processor and it has a gorgeous 4” screen that looks wonderful for general usage all the way up to movies and gaming. The Captivate truly is a great phone… and I’ve got no issues with GPS either…
