With today's launch of "The new iPad"... though many are calling it the iPad 3, we have a device which follows a similar design ethic to the iPhone 4S. Make most of the changes internal and otherwise stick as close to the previous design as possible. We have the new iPad on our test bench and today will be putting it through our review process, read on to find out what we think of it.
The LG Optimus L9 is a superbly balanced smartphone. Unlike the lower-positioned L7, the various components complement each other very nicely. You shouldn't expect any miracles of course, but the hardware definitely meets the requirements for what the phone needs. Extra features such as NFC and the dual-band wireless chip add some nice extra options.

Today for review I’ve got another notebook from HP, the ProBook 4720s. This notebook could be called business frugal, as it’s their business class of notebooks but it’s less costly than others. The design of it is very classy with it’s stylish brushed aluminum covers to it’s glossy keyboard. The 4720s is a Corei5 based notebooks with a 500gb hard drive, ATI video and 4gigs of ram running Windows 7. It also features three USB ports, HDMI, eSATA along with a 17.3” LED backlit LCD.

Android tablets have become kind of joke really there are many cheap ones out there and they’re giving the decent ones a bad name. I feel if you’re going to devote time and resources to something, then your should build a quality product, get the correct licensing etc and make it something that people will actually want to own. The inexpensive on the market today are more just toys, they’re running old versions of Android and have limited functionality. Are the cheap ones even worth it? They can be worthwhile I think, something for kids to play with and enjoy. They’re basically just something to browse the internet and play games with. Today for review I’ve got the Crystalview E-Pad Touch 7” Android tablet. This tablet has a 720Mhz CPU in it and is running Android 2.1. Honestly it’s pretty bad, even for the low price that it’s selling for.
The Samsung ATIV S smartphone has a 4.8", 1280x720, Super AMOLED screen; a 1.5 GHz dual core CPU; 1 GiB RAM; 16 GiB of storage; an 8 Mpixel main camera; and a 1.2 Mpixel front camera. It runs the Windows Phone 8 operating system. Let's take a closer look at this product.
If you're looking for a new Ultrabook with a touch screen, you could do worse than the ASUS VivoBook S400CA. It's relatively light and compact, and while we would have preferred a resolution higher than 1366x768, ASUS isn't pricing this as a high-end model.
