Compact, simple, to the point and robust. Those are adjectives that come swiftly to mind when we analyze the Meka G1 keyboard from Thermaltake, a peripheral made to last hours of gameplay and that comes lacking most of the bells and whistles from the competion: there are neither programmable keys nor a backlighting feature. The ideia is to be a tool that can handle the job and make the user's life easier by presenting a two-port USB hub plus two dedicated microphone and audio plugs so you don't need to crawl to the back of the desktop in a regular basis. Can it be that the Meka G1 delivered? See our test after the product's description.

We've reviewed several great products from Rosewill. This brand is Newegg's own, so you'll find them exclusively at newegg.com. Most technically-savvy people are comfortable ordering from them, not only because of their great deals, but their selection and service. The Rosewill brand products we've reviewed have always been good, so we were eager to look at their new computer keyboard, the Rosewill RK-800G Gaming keyboard.

Although i never was much into online MMO games i have tried most of them (out of curiosity mostly) and one of the things that was immediately clear to me from day one was that compared to normal FPS, platform, RTS, simulators and other game types online MMO games require a lot more buttons/keys both on the keyboard and on the mouse. That's mainly because when playing online with dozens of people (or even with thousands in games like PlanetSide 2 one of the very few online games I do enjoy playing) you can't afford to have the same speed/efficiency like you would with a single player game when faced against computer controlled opponents. Now back then it did take some time for gaming peripherals manufacturers to see that gap in the market and start producing gaming keyboards and mice with more buttons on them than usual but now several years later we see more and more such MMO oriented products get introduced quite frequently. The VOLOS MMORPG Gaming Mouse is the latest product designed and manufactured by our friends over at Tt eSPORTS and after roughly one week of testing today we can finally upload our opinion about it.

In the last week I’ve taken a look at regular headphones and earbuds, so today I have a gaming headset to round things off a bit. Mionix is a company based out of Sweden actually, and they’re trying to get into the market on this side of the ocean so they’re not very well known here. They do however make some pretty good products, I’ve got a couple of their mice and like them quite a bit, using one right now actually. They’ve recently released a gaming headset called the Keid 20 and that’s what I’ve got of review for you today. The Keid 20 is a very comfortable headset that’s nicely made and designed with decent audio but it does have one flaw, so read on to learn more…

If you’re a PC gamer, then chances are very good you’ve spent money on a high-performance keyboard a mouse. These are peripherals that work with your hands to act like an extension of your body. Unfortunately, your body can fatigue from using them, and mouse accuracy suffers when your hands and arms get tired. This is why the top gamers use a quality mousing surface, which reduces sliding resistance and allows for smooth gliding over the mat. Personal comfort plays a big role in this decision, which is why many products are made soft as opposed to solid surfaces. In this article, Benchmark Reviews tests the XPAD MP02 and desk-sized XPAD Pro XXXL MP03 professional Mouse Pads by X2 Products.

One of the first mechanical gaming keyboards I was actually able to try was the MEKA mechanical keyboard from Tt eSPORTS. While my time with the keyboard was a bit limited I was still very impressed as the comfort and responsiveness of the keys. The Meka Mechanical keyboard features cherry black mechanical key switches, up to a 1000Hz polling rate, 2 USB ports and much more. Today we finally got our hands on the MEKA, read on to check out our unboxing and overview video!

Ever since i can remember myself i never actually used headsets while playing games and watching movies, not because i don't like using them (i do when i listen to music sometimes) but mainly due to the fact that regular complete surround speaker systems (5.1/6.1/7.1) sound a lot better especially if you don't have to care about annoying someone in the process (don't ever place your computer system in the bedroom). However from time to time there have been some quite unique headsets that have won me over with their crystal clear audio clarity and quality of materials just like the AX Pro Dolby 5.1 Surround Headset by TRITTON i had the chance to test just over a year ago and just now the F.R.E.Q.5 Stereo Gaming Headset by Cyborg.
