Back towards the start of the year, we took a look at Gigabytes Aivia Gaming Keyboard which took us by surprise as to how well it performed in comparison to its other rivals on the market. Gigabyte have now paired up this keyboard with the Aivia M6800 macro gaming mouse to penetrate into both sides of the gamers needs - a high performance keyboard and mouse.

I received a box of goodies from Tt eSPORTS at the beginning of this month. The box was absolutely huge and I was thinking, "what in the hell is in this box? It can't be a mouse or a keyboard". As I opened the box I revealed what looked like a duffel bag. But it is much more than that; much, much more.

Similar to the recently reviewed Azurues mouse, the Isurus gaming headset is part of the Tt eSPORTS lineup, the range announced by Thermaltake at CES in 2010 to provide additional gaming peripherals for the “world e-sport gaming area” due to “constant request” from distributors and end users.

At first glance the overall feel of the fit and finish is really nice to hold and wear which is very important for a headset. With good quality plastic and a large padded headband, it's also clear straight away that the ear cups are going to be comfortable and that the padding is more than enough. Interestingly, the 1500 features the soft fabric ear pads we prefer, while the 'lower end' model, the 1300 does not; instead using the faux leather stuff seen everywhere these days.

Hardcore PC racing simulator enthusiasts would argue that there is no alternative to a force feedback wheel and pedals, and they might be right, but not everybody has $300+ to fork out on an expensive setup. At the same time not everyone is contempt either being a keyboard racer or having to make do with a sub-par wheel or console style game controller. This is where SteelSeries and Ignite Game Technologies come into play. Together they have developed the SteelSeries Simraceway SRW-S1 motion sensitive steering wheel. A wheel that bridges the gap between console style game controllers and high end wheel/pedal setups, and it is available now from the SteelSeries web shop for $119.99 MSRP. Out of the box it is setup to work with Ignite's 'Simraceway' online racing simulator for the PC, but SteelSeries state that it will work with just about any racing game designed for the PC. Here at Benchmark Reviews we take marketing claims at face value and we ! always leave our judgement to real world testing, but if looks are anything to go by then we are in for one hell of a treat.

The idea here it to make a mouse that is small enough to fit in your pocket, but even more thought went into this design. Everything that we typically consider basic features of a mouse, such as the left click being on the left, or the right click being on the right, or better yet, a scroll wheel that isn't a wheel at all! The way Logitech went about things here will stand your previous notions of what makes a cool mouse, crumble it all up and throw it in the waste bin. I will be honest; there is more of a business market feel to this new mouse. I used it for a few days and while odd at first, it easily becomes second nature in no time at all, but there are features like its presentation mode that makes you realize that most of us don't have that concern.
Even with the Logitech Cube Grab-and-Go mouse lending its features to the more business minded who would carry the laptop under one arm, their coffee in the other and with this tiny design, you can now slip this mouse slash pointer into a protective sleeve and stash it in your pocket as you walk to the next meeting.
