Eagletech may be one of best kept secrets at our LAN parties, generously providing many of their Zen headsets under the brand name Orion as prizes. As we saw at CES this past January, Eagletech has a wide variety of portable accessories, the majority utilizing Bluetooth, in store for 2013. We’ve received the first of many teased during a private showing in Vegas this winter, the Neptor Foldable Bluetooth Keyboard, just in time for an editor hungry to take productivity on the road.

Technologically speaking the Computer Keyboard has gone a long way since its inception back in the early 1970s but no matter how one sees it its design has remained virtually the same ever since. Microsoft was the one to start the keyboard design "evolution" with their natural/ergonomic keyboard lines back in the 90s but it wasn't really up until roughly a decade ago that we witnessed the gaming peripherals revolution which really changed the way we see keyboards. Even so although gaming keyboards featured several aesthetic and performance additions which aimed to improve efficiency/speed while gaming the design remained pretty much the same. Mad Catz is perhaps the only manufacturer that really pushed the envelope when they released their truly unique S.T.R.I.K.E. 7 adjustable gaming keyboard several months ago but unfortunately although impressive both in terms of quality and features its price tag was set higher than what most people can afford. Well Mad Catz thought of that as well when developing the S.T.R.I.K.E. keyboard line and so today with us we have it's less expensive but equally impressive brother the S.T.R.I.K.E. 5 adjustable gaming keyboard.

Today I'll be taking a look at the Zowie FK, the latest revision to the ever popular Zowie gaming mouse range and what is effectively a new and improved Zowie AM. If you missed out on our review of the Zowie AM you can check that out here.
The AM is one of the most popular Zowie products and I personally loved it, it's easily one of the best choices for an ambidextrous mouse on the market and it's designed by people who game as much as the rest of us. So what about the new FK, where does this fit into all this? Well the AM didn't have the best grip ever, meaning "lift-off" play style was difficult, so Zowie have designed the FK with a new shape, both mice are aimed at a claw-grip play style, but in Zowie's own words "that is where the similarities end."

Enthusiasts know Mad Catz and their gaming-oriented peripherals. In fact, the company motto is All About the Game. Under their Tritton, Saitek, and Cyborg sub-brands, they've offered keyboards, headsets, game controllers, mice, flight sticks and other peripherals aimed at gamers. Now, they tell us, they've decided to offer a more "mainstream" mouse, the M.O.U.S.9. Although it's visually very similar to their R.A.T. series of gaming mice, the M.O.U.S.9 is more consumer-oriented. How much more so? Well, we here at Benchmark Reviews aim to find out.

Cooler Master has quietly been chipping away on their new line of products, most notably those multifaceted devices ready for PC and console systems. Computer hardware and accessories are still the main priority, and Cooler Master are always building, always improving on their designs. The new Cooler Master Storm Havoc gaming mouse is the prime example. The best way to describe it is a meld between the Cooler Master Storm Sentinel Advance II and the Cooler Master Storm Recon. Sporting the same 8200 DPI laser sensor as the Advance II and a modified frame of the Recon, we will see if the $54.99 Havoc brings new features and additions to the table.
