Das wir in der Redaktion nach wie vor auf der Suche nach dem ultimativen Nachfolger unserer Enermax Aurora Tastatur sind, zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch die letzten Tastatur Tests. Es existieren zwar gute Ansätze, allein einen wirklichen Ersatz konnten wir bisher nicht ausmachen. Was liegt also näher, das in dem Fall Naheliegenste auszuprobieren, sprich die überarbeitete Enermax Aurora names Aurora Premium. Die erste Revision dieser Tastatur stammt aus 2006 und erfreute sich großer Beliebheit, seit mitte 2008 ist nun die neue Version verfügbar. Augenscheinlichste Änderungen wären vorrangig die jetzt integrierten USB 2.0 Ports, sowie einige Änderungen im Detail, auf die im Verlauf unseres Test entsprechend eingehen werden.
It's nice to see Enermax break out of the power supply market and into something new. The Enermax Aurora line of keyboards is a great addition to Enermax's lineup. Aesthetically, the keyboards shine - both literally and figuratively. The brushed aluminum finish is great and is definitely an eye-catcher. The laptop-like keys are also very nice compared to conventional keyboards. In terms of visual design, the keyboards are near perfect - they are works of art.

Some users just like really tiny keybaords. Personally I am an ergonominc fan, so the wider my hands can be apart, the better. For those who like tiny keyboards (programmers love them for some odd reason), then you'll be glad to know that there's finally one that's built like a tank: the Enermax Aurora Micro. This review was actually written using this keyboard entirely, in addition to some all-day testing.
With the lack of rechargeable batteries as its only real drawback the latest Aurora Lite Wireless Keyboard by Enermax is not only one of the most elegant and high quality keyboards we've ever seen, largely thanks to its brushed aluminum body and scissor keys but it also features a very good wireless range which makes it ideal for people who don’t really like having many cables around.

Diese Aussage mag vor allem bei der Produktgruppe der Tastaturen gelten, bei der sich das Grunddesign nur noch marginal verändert, da man seit Jahrzehnten keine großen Änderungen zulässt. Dies ist sehr erstaunlich, denn mit ergonomisch-geformten Konzepten und diversen Multimedia-Funktionen kommen immer wieder neue Ideen auf den Markt, welche die Tastatur stark beeinflussen wollen. Beständig zeigt sich aber nur das Grunddesign, da dies immer wieder der einzige gemeinsame Nenner ist, auf den sich alle Hersteller einigen können.
