Today we have their recently announced Kulo gaming headset connected to our test system. Can this product with a compact, lightweight on-ear design continue the trend of high quality devices from Roccat? Let's find out.
Peripherals
Peripherals
The Lua is an entry-level mouse from ROCCAT, which is using an Avago ADNS A3050 optical sensor with a maximum DPI of 2000. The product comes with some features borrowed from the Savu like the lateral “no-sweat” plastic finish or the ultra-precise 2D scrolling wheel and is priced decently.

When Bob told me I was going to review the Roccat Lua I was honestly excited. I saw the Lua during an E3 announcement and have been looking forward to get my hands on it ever since. Roccat has a recent history with ThinkComputers of having top notch products. I don’t know if I’ve encountered a brand that has made such a splash with me in such a short period of time. The Lua is a gaming mouse that follows the same aesthetic scheme of the rest of the Roccat products but it’s a question of if it will follow the same quality scheme.
Peripherals
It's no secret that most of you reading these lines right now are either casual/hardcore gamers, enthusiasts or professionals so naturally because of that our main focus have always been performance gaming mice which thanks to their lightning fast laser/optical sensors, number of buttons and special shapes for improved grip can increase your effectiveness in both games and work. However there are also those who are mostly interested in getting an easy to use mouse without all the bells and whistles offered by the gaming variants and of course at a fraction of the price. ROCCAT is well aware of that and so aside their impressive KONE line of gaming mice they have just released the rather entry-level LUA Tri-Button gaming mouse which we've been testing for the past week.
Peripherals
ROCCAT takes a step back in time to deliver us a classic design in this ambidextrous three-button mouse, the LUA.

Spiel mobil! Das dürfte in etwa das Motto der beiden Roccat Pyra Mäuse sein, die wir im Test hatten. Ob die Mäuse halten was sie versprechen, zeigen wir im Review und gehen auch auf die Probleme ein.

Peripherals
As a general rule of thumb wireless gaming mice are far inferior to their wired rodent cousins; simply due to sod's law which makes it run out batteries just as you're going for that important kill. Roccat are well versed in the wired sector of the market with designs such as the Kone and Kova warranting significant praise from reviewers and consumers alike.
