Power Supply
This is the fifth power supply from Huntkey that we reviewed and so far most power supplies from this manufacturer have the bad reputation of exploding when you try to pull their labeled power. Will this also happen with Green Star 350 W? Let's see.
Power Supply

The Jumper 300G Planet3dnow.de Edition is a modified version of the Huntkey Jumper 300G power supply suggested by this hardware-reviewing German website, and it is the first high-end, low-wattage power supply to arrive on the market.

So far we haven't had a good experience with most models from Huntkey. We've reviewed seven other models from this brand and only one, Titan 650 W - which was sold in the US as the first version of Rocketfish 700 W from Best Buy stores - survived our tests. Models from Huntkey Green Star, V-Power and Balance King series that we've reviewed to date all exploded during our tests. Let's see if this new 550 W model with a modular cabling system is a good product or if it is a piece of junk like the other models we've reviewed from this brand.
Power Supply
Two years ago, we reviewed the Huntkey Jumper 550, which exceeded our expectations. Now it is time to review the Jumper 600B, which comes with the 80 Plus Bronze certification. (Hence the letter "B" after the product wattage; it is important to understand that the 500 W and 550 W models from this family have the standard 80 Plus certification.) Let's see how the Jumper 600B fared on our tests.
Power Supply
If you follow closely our power supply reviews you know that all power supplies from Huntkey Green Star series explode if you try to pull its labeled power (we tested the 350 W, 400 W, 450 W and 550 W models all exploded, see the reviews to watch the videos from them exploding). Today we tested another model from this same brand: V-Power 550 W. Is it a good power supply or will it have the same fate as its sisters?

The Huntkey Win7 6600, also known as LW-6600HGB, is a 500 W power supply, so we can't understand where the "6600" in its name comes from. It has an active PFC circuit, but no 80 Plus certification, even though it presented efficiency above 80% on our tests. Let's check it out.
Power Supply
The X7 power supply series from Huntkey is comprised of three models: 800 W (80 Plus Bronze), 900 W (80 Plus Silver), and 1,200 W (80 Plus Gold). All of them have a modular cabling system and make use of an interleaved PFC circuit and phase-shift full-bridge switching design in the primary. Let's dissect the 900 W model, which has five +12 V rails.

When we saw this ultra low-end iMicro PS-IM400WH power supply being sold for only USD 12, we couldn't help ourselves. We had to buy it and test it using the same standards we use for evaluating more expensive units. So, how will this bargain unit perform? Is it safe to use it? Let's check it out.
