Another day, another PSU. This time around it’s the Corsair Gaming Series (GS) 800w unit, featuring four PCIexpress connectors, a clear bladed, quiet fan, 80 PLUS certified and braided cable sleeves. All in all, a pretty bog standard unit with a reasonable ammount of power. While we can’t offer a full test suite here at XSR, we can check that it passes noise/ripple safety tests, so let’s get to it.

In this review PCSTATS is testing out an entirely fanless, silent 460W power supply from Seasonic's modular "X" series.
