Power Supply
Corsair have been active lately, not only have they recently unleashed a new range of liquid coolers, but they have introduced two completely new power supply families. We have already reviewed the AX760i and AX860i ‘digital’ supplies, a formidable design in collaboration with Flextronics. Today we are analysing the latest AX760 and AX860 units, both Platinum certified modular units at a more affordable price point. Are they worthy of a purchase?
Power Supply
Today we look at the latest power supply from Corsair, the Professional Series AX1200i. This is the first desktop power supply to use a digital signal processor (DSP) to digitally control the power output. Corsair class the AX1200i as the ‘ultimate performance power supply for a dream PC system’. This fully modular design has over 100A available via the +12V output and has achieved 80 Plus Platinum certification.
Power Supply
With prices of £158 and £166 respectively, the Corsair AX760i and AX860i are more expensive than the power supplies from our recent round-up, but you do get high-quality PSUs for that price. Their efficiency is outstanding, they're extremely quiet and the voltages are super-stable

Today we are going to look at the Corsair Hydro H110 which is the latest performance CPU cooler in their range, fitting in just above the H100i. It marks Corsair’s response to the NZXT Kraken X60 which utilises a larger 280 mm radiator than the 240 mm unit associated with the existing H100i.

Corsair's HX series of power supplies are considered to be some of the best an enthusiast can purchase. We reviewed the HX620W and the HX1000W months ago and found them to be excellent products, among the best in their respective categories even today. But with an end user limited by the choice between a 620W and a 1kW unit there has been a huge gap between these two products. In order to fill that gap Corsair recently released two more HX series units, the HX750W and the HX850W. Today we will review the larger and more promising of the two newly released models - the HX850W, a product loaded with features and boasting some very strict specifications.
Power Supply
The HX850W power supply for Corsair is truly amongst the best. More units than I can either recall or count have passed through our hands here at Overclockers Online and perhaps only one, or two are at all comparable to Corsairs HX850W unit. While Corsair isn't exactly a frequent visitor of our test box, they are always memorable and each time, never fail to live up to their reputation. It has now been just over a year since we've looked at the TX850W, an affordably priced 850W counterpart and what the TX850W was for budget, price conscious power supplies the HX850W is for high performance ones. That said, the HX850W isn't exactly exorbitantly priced.

If you ask an enthusiast user to recommend a high grade power supply you can be sure that Corsair will normally get a mention in the shortlist. The company have worked diligently with several leading partners in the production of their power supplies and today we tear apart their latest HX850 Gold Professional – a semi modular design which boasts 80 Plus Gold Certification.
Power Supply
Even though the original Corsair HX850 power supply received the 80 Plus Gold certification, Corsair decided to downgrade it to the 80 Plus Silver certification, as the manufacturer felt the 80 Plus Gold levels couldn't be sustained at high temperatures. (Wouldn't it be great if all manufacturers had this kind of concern?) Now Corsair is releasing a revamped version of its HX850, the HX850 Gold. Let's see if this new version is a good product.
Power Supply
Corsair's new HX750W ATX modular power supply certainly doesn't disappoint. With excellent performance, quiet operation, and a very innovative feature set, this PSU could easily find a home in the most demanding systems.
