The NAXN, the latest power supply series from Enermax, is subdivided into three sub-series: the NAXN, also known as Tomahawk II, featuring 350 W, 450 W, and 500 W models, with no 80 Plus certification; the NAXN 80+, featuring 350 W, 450 W, 500 W, and 600 W models, with the standard 80 Plus certification; and the NAXN 82+, featuring 750 W and 850 W models, with the 80 Plus Bronze certification and modular cabling system (a feature not available on the models from the other two sub-series.) Let's see if the new Enermax NAXN 80+ 600 W is a good option.
The technology industry has been very competitive now for a number of years, often forcing companies to diversify their range. Also, they have experienced great success in the power supply sector and today we are looking at their latest TX750M – a modular power supply with 80 Plus Bronze Certification.
Sentey may be a new name, but they’re one I’m definitely hoping will stick around. We’re getting a bit too comfortable here in the world of power supplies. We see many of the same names over and over again and were Sentey to keep pushing out units like the Golden Steel Power, I feel they’d help make things interesting, at least for a while. When an enthusiast hears of the new Lian Li PC-V750WX E-ATX case, what comes to mind is a very large and unwieldy case like the NZXT Phantom 820, Corsair 800D or the Lian Li PC-90. Many people would be surprised the to find out then that the Lian Li PC-V750WX is able to accommodate a E-ATX motherboard within its 230mm x 440mm x 586mm size. This is 210mm (~8.26"
shorter than the NZXT Phantom 820 I last reviewed. Lian Li used some unique features to fit ten expansions slots into a case substantially smaller than any of its competitors. The real question is, with a price tag of $390 can Lian Li provide enough features on top of its compact size to make up for the substantial price gap between it and its larger competition.
