For this test we connected our target system to one of the routers Gigabit Ethernet ports, while the client was connected having established an 866 Mbit WiFi connection using the latest AC standard. Average read speed was 31 MB/s, while we again notice a drop regarding write speed hitting 21 MB/s. These values are ok, but not the creme of the crop. Both test systems have been equipped with a PCIe SSD to completely eliminate the possibility of the bottlenecking.
