Front

Overview

The front of SilverStone's Sugo SG09 is purpose built. Already from a first glance at this product one can tell that the byword form follows functions has been interpreted literally. Behind the upper part of the front you will find the intake fan of your power supply. Right above, in other to make the case even smaller, there is a slot for a slim line ODD drive. Below the power supply you can find the power and reset button, two USB3.0 ports and an audio-out as well as a microphone in. Overall the front is quite unspectacular.

Back

Overview

Next to the usual slot bezels, of which you're going to find four with this case, there is space for the pre-installed 120 millimeter fan, which has been placed right behind the CPU cooler. Basically the back of this case is quite unspectacular. A closer look at the side panels shows that they're being put in place using thumbscrews. Something that is quite unusual and a consequence of the compact design, is the fact, that the PSU power plug has been routed to the back of the case using a special extension cable. Right next to the power plug on the backside of the case, there is a switch which lets you choose between 700 and 1200 rpm for the 180 millimeter fan which can be found in the top area of this case.
