Results

9-9-9-24 - Timings



As we can see on the chart at CL9-9-9-24 the modules perform best when provided with 1.525 to 1.625 Volt. With the voltage they were capable of running 892 MHz. If you give the modules more than 1.625 Volt then they wont perform any better in fact the performance will drop.

9-10-9-27 - Timings



With CL9-10-9-27 and 1.7 VDIMM we were able to reach a maximum clock speed of 998 MHz. The most interesting is the step between 1.575 and 1.6 Volt VDIMM. At this point you can see a significant performance increase by 29 MHz. If you furthermore compare these figures with the CL9-9-9-24 clock speeds you also see that now the clock could be increased by another 100 Mhz.
