| Alltogether the G73JH is a good gaming notbook which is able to convince with very good performance and an excellent display. Unfortunately with our testsample we encountered an overheating issue. When we've played Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 for more than ten minutes the display all of a sudden showed a black screen. Using Furmark we've been able to replicate this problem and spotted that the display goes black when the GPU reaches 110°C. Because of the reason that the test sample we received from ASUS is a pre-series product we hope that this problem doesn't exist with the final product. | - Build quality - Performance - Display |

| Especially the display was able to convince altough ASUS provided the G73JH a glare-type display. But colors extremely vivid and lively that we only have one word for it: excellent! Subjectively you might be under the impression that you see more details on this display. It takes you some time to get used to the G73JH's keyboards but once you spent some hours working with this thing you stop tapping the touchpad accidentially which results in a left mouse-click. This also leads us to the touchpad which is precise and accury but the left and right mousebutton require that much force that you'll grab a mouse immediately. |

| Equipped with a mobility Radeon 5870 and a Intel Core i7 QM720 CPU performance really is a strength of the G73JH. With this notebook it is possible to play most of the games available right now at Full HD with all details at maximum which is everything else but not standard for a gaming notebook in this price region. | - Gaming Performance | ||
