| As expected the Gigabyte X99 Ultra Gaming is a well-built motherobard which comes with a plethora of features. There is for example the metal reinforced PCI Express slots as well as DIMM slots and apart from that there is customizeable RGB lighting. Apart from that there is a very decent power design next to other high quality components. These days the X99 Ultra Gaming sells for 272 Euro, which actually a reasonable price. Good to have, are the two USB 3.1 ports and apart from that there is also a U.2 and two M.2 x4 Gen3 slots. | -

The Gigabyte X99 Ultra Gaming's layout has been well thought. Once more practical are the angled SATA connectors. Unfortunately there is no debug LED and there are also no power and no reset button. What we really liked are all the choices you get to connect storage devices. There are two M.2 Slots for SSDs, there is a U.2 for even more super fast SSDs and there is a total of ten SATA ports for spinning disks or SATA SSDs. |

| Having a closer look at overall 2D as well as 3D performance shows this board comes in 11th in 2D and 10th in 3D. Overall performance is ok but unfortunately there are a few glitches. | Comme on pouvait s'y attendre de la part de Gigabyte, vous avez ici un excellent BIOS qui, non seulement offre une mine d'options de tuning et tweaking, mais qui est aussi très facile à utiliser. Surtout avec la page d'accueil sur laquelle Gigabyte essaie et réussit à ajouter des éléments qui rendent le BIOS plus facile à utiliser pour les débutants. | - Agencement clair - Beaucoup d'options | ||
