Conlusion

The Super Micro Gaming S5 is a mid-tower for users who want a fresh case at a price close to 100 Euro. This case offers plenty of space for any ATX motherboard and you can even equip it with a total of ten HDDs or SSD. Also the space dedicated to the power supply is more than sufficient, which really helps compatibility with high-end setups. Another aspect that we really appreciated is the compatibility with the custom water cooling loops; first of all there are three PWM fans in the Gaming S5 and the chassis itself comes with lots of slots for fans. As we already mentioned you can install two 360mm radiators and that itself is just great.

The MSRP of the Super Micro Gaming S5 is 119€ and the case is to hit the market soon. In our opinion, the price is appropriate and it reflects the quality and to the bundle of the product, since there are three PWM fans and there are also quite a lot of features. Overall this case is an excellent solution for those looking for a well-designed, solid case. The cable management is decent as well but we would have love to see that extra centimeter between the right side panel and die motherboard tray. The Gaming S5 is actually the first gaming grade case from Supermicro and we have to say the company did a really good job, which makes the Gaming S5 receive 4 out of 5 stars.
