Because
of its symmetric V-shape the Kova suits left- and right-handed people and the
compact size we think is comfortable. If your one of the users who have the
habit to lift the mouse when you hold it with between you thumb and ring finger
fortunately you wont press the side buttons. Thanks to its size the mouse wheel
is very easy to you even when you click it. Furthermore it's also silent.
At a first glance the Kove looks quite small but that's mainly down to its
V-shape. For low sense users it might take a bit longer than for high sense
players until they get used to the mouse. The reason for this is the lifting
distance where the laser still tracks the surface. Therefore 0.5 to 1 centimeter
above the mouspad the Kova still tracks you movements. The buttons pressure
point is very well chosen. You can press them without using any force so it's
very comfortable. Also after one or two days of using the Kova it does exactly
what you want it to do or in other words it is very comfortable.
Mainly the Kova has been tested together with Roccat's Sota mousepad. With this combination the gliding characteristics were very good. There won't be any stuttering it just glides very light over the surface. Especially on aluminium or plastic mousepads the Kova performs very well.
Generally cursor movements are very precise. Also the possibility to adjust the DPI on the fly makes it a nice tool for gaming. Finally the cursor always ends up where you want it to. After serveral minutes you got quite used to it but we the Kova is easier to use for high sense players than for low sense gamers. This is because of its tracking that still works when the mouse is almost 1 centimeter above a surface.
